Prakrity’s fish pickle is made with fresh river water small fish. Fishes are collected from the local markets, cleaned properly, washed thoroughly and fried in mustard oil. Then it is processed for making pickles. With a proper balance of Indian spices, chilies, salt and other ingredients preserved in pure mustard oil, this homemade fish pickle is one of a kind. As this is a local product of Assam, the fishes used are generally from the Brahmaputra river of Assam because we mostly collect it from the local markets and the nearby areas of the river.
