Cancellation policy-
We will not accept the cancellation of any order after 24 hours of placing the order. If you want to cancel an order before 24 hours of placing an order, you need to get in touch with us over the phone or by email, provided on the website. There is no option for a customer to cancel an order on their own. After cancellation of an order, Refund is processed and initiated within 48 working hours. Refund will be done by the same process you have made the payment, if there are any difficulties in refunding with the same process we will ask you to provide us your Bank details to initiate an online payment.
Return policy-
If the bottle is not sealed properly and there is leakage, only then an order can be returned. We will accept returns only when there is photo/video proof.
